Job Description


Process Head is a critical role that evaluate existing business processes, benchmark new improved processes, suggest breakthrough improvements, take consensus of stakeholders, plan & implement changes.

Key Responsibilities Business Process Head - 

Six Sigma DMAIC tools to evaluate process data and can use Lean tools to identify & remove NVA in the processes. 

Hands on experience of doing external customer focused Black Belt Six Sigma projects.

  Should have the ability to identify, analyze and re-design and organization’s core business processes with the aim of achieving breakthrough improvements in critical performance measures, such as cost, quality, service and time. 

Can do capability analysis of existing process and predict for new suggested processes. 

Will work with various stakeholders to collect VOC, use funneling techniques & find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems. Exposure to work with senior management. Should able to prepare improvement proposals and present to senior leadership team for their views to incorporate. 

Should able to analyze interactions of new processes on other related processes & take necessary countermeasures.

  Should have the ability to analyze & interpret a large amount of information within a process framework. 

Experience in process digitization ,automation ,EKYC , payments processes, Liabilities and loans processes are a must

Other responsibilities:


Process Simulation & Testing
Managing process change
Managing cross-functional Teams
Train teams on key analysis tools


Required Skills and Experience:
Overall 10+ years experience in Banking / Financial / MFI / Retail industry
At least 3 years experience as practicing Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC) / Lean Six Sigma
Minimum Graduation & MBA is preferred.
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
Good presentation skills
High level of competence with MS Office, MS Visio, Minitab or any data analysis package.
