Heading Marketing Operations for a Rs 75 Crores division & handling a team of 2 brand managers
Handlng the domestic marketing portfolio for multiple products in vaccines
Responsible for strengthening the Marketing activities of the division & launch of New brands.
Drafting strategies in line with objectives to achieve top line and bottom line profitability of the assigned portfolio
Steering marketing functions towards achieving stipulated sales target and enhancing growth & AWACS rank
Administering product development and launching new products in new markets, thus generating additional revenue Conceptualising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launch of new products
Developing KOLs and addressing regional & national conferences
Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in marketing operations and meeting brand & corporate objectives
Required Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will need to possess a MBA in Marketing with a minimum experience of 10 years with reputed pharma companies.
Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Marketing Manager
Should have handled vaccines or any super specialty segment.
Experience of handling Brand Manager and Product Managers
