Job role: - Contract Administrator-legal
- Maintain all customer physical records.
- Maintain register for all handover physical files.
- Making Files, Numbering as per location,
- Making Repository & making soft data base for future reference.
- Weekly & Monthly pending report to higher management.
- Work as admin for DocuSign system.
- Co-ordination with order Validation team or Sales support for original documents/agreement.
- Verify all important agreement received from order Validation team or Sales support.
- Creating number in system for customer agreement.
- Co-ordination with Admin team & commercial team for choosing Vendor.
- Provide confirmation to OVT & also updating the same in SFDC.
- Take a follow-up with team member for fast closure.
- Co-ordination with Finance team.
- Work as Point of Concern for all Customer physical files/Customer documents.
- Upload all important agreement in company tools.
- Pull out report from SFDC
- Upload information in company various Tools
- Work as a Team leader for India Entity documents
- Make the process as per business/ department requirement
- Implement/create latest tab in company tools with the help of IT team.
- Segregate the important documents.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
